Mobile Safari browser which is part of iPod, iPhone and iPad does not allow file/image uploading using file input field control. When any form is opened in Mobile Safari which has file upload field, it shows it as disabled and does not allow uploading of any sort.

This Image uploading demo page shows how this script works and uploads the image from iPhone or iPad. On detection of Mobile Safari, page will redirect to another version of form and will allow the image uploading and then ask the user to provide other data before submitting the form.
Please note that both these demo forms have been created using Gravity Forms Plugin but they will work just fine with the Formidable Pro Plugin. This version is for Formidable Pro plugin.
