The Standard license is for organizations that need reliable MemberClicks sign-in and controlled WordPress access without launching a complete directory or advanced member portal.
It covers one WordPress domain and establishes the foundation shared by every edition.
Secure MemberClicks Sign-In
Standard can place Continue with MemberClicks on the WordPress login screen and on the plugin-managed login page.
Members authenticate through the configured MC Professional connection. WordPress then recognizes the member and can create the corresponding local user account.
An optional direct credential form can be enabled when appropriate, but it is not required for the SSO button.
Automatic WordPress User Creation
On first successful login, the plugin can create the WordPress user and store supported MemberClicks identity information.
On later logins, it can refresh:
- Profile ID
- Name
- Primary email
- Group
- Member type
- Member status
- Creation date
- Expiration date
The exact values depend on the fields visible to the API client.
Five Automatic Login Destinations
Standard includes five destination-specific automatic-login links.
These are useful when the organization wants separate entry points such as:
- Member home
- Training
- Events
- Resources
- Account information
Each journey can send the member through authentication and then return them to the intended WordPress page.
Role Assignment and Access
Standard supports a fixed WordPress role during member synchronization. It can also protect pages for signed-in members.
Use Restrict Content to:
- Protect an existing page
- Create a restricted draft page
- Redirect guests
- Give authenticated members access to protected content

Status and Redirect Controls
Organizations can configure how WordPress handles:
